Lowongan Karir, we are an International PPM company which supplies high quality mining equipment to the mining industry throughout Indonesia. We currently have a position available for Business Development Manager in Balikpapan. In this role the successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager, and be tasked with the important role of growing their customer base and will be a key contributor in the culture and success story of Hydrau - Flo.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


Job Purpose:
- Execute OMSE policy and procedures to create zero harm workplace
- Building and successfully implementing a thorough, detailed sales plan for WMI / Hydrau - Flo
- Developing new business nationally for Hydrau - Flo in the mining sector
- Providing accurate sales forecasting and market data
- Managing the sales process and sales cycle - end to end
- Providing strong customer support
- Meeting sales targets and building a solid customer base

Job Criteria:
- Min of 5-10 years in a similar role in mining industry,
- Great sales skill - ability to open doors and bring in new business; together with ability to manage and build on existing relationships.
- Knowledge, experienced and contact in the mining industry.
- Mechanical or Engineering degree.
- Self motivated - able to work independently and drive the sales cycle.
- Solid sales planning experience and ability, a detailed and thorough approach to sales
- Organized person, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills can manage remote and local relationship effectively
