Lowongan Kerja The World's Leading Sports & Fitness Company is seeking high caliber candidate for the following position:


LEAN ENGINEERING MANAGER

As a Lean Manager, you must possess good analytical and influencing skills and use those skills to drive process improvements. This position would require you to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities:
• Work closely with factory leadership to develop and monitor plans to accomplish stated goals, including Lean Assessment tools, skill development, Lean Line proliferation, etc.
• Work with Nike I factory leaders to identify waste and process improvement opportunities; coach and provide lean manufacturing expertise to improve performance and eliminate waste
• Perform periodic Lean Line audits, Lean Assessment (LAT) and coach factory for continuous improvement.
• Assist with the development of factory lean resources capable of delivering sustained results.
• Lead local lean forums to enable community building and best practice sharing within the factory base.
• Track and report factory proliferation scorecard data, KPI data and Lean Assessment scores.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Master Degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited University.
• 4 years relevant experience in manufacturing, footwear / equipment / textile product experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Able to travel within Indonesia and Asia as necessary
