Finance Manager (FM) and Marketing Supervisor (MS)
1. Male 30 - 40 (FM)
2. Experience in real estate min 3 yrs (MS), 5 - 10 yrs (FM)
3. Have leadership Skill (FM, MS)
4. Develop and execute marketing plan and sales target (MS)
5. Able to motivate and training sales executive (MS)
6. Bachelor in Accounting/Finance (FM)
7. Develop cash flow forecasting and able to maintain (FM)
8. Able to prepare financial statements with analysis (FM)
9. Able to prepare project budget and feasibility study (FM)
10. Manage ongoing banking relation (FM, MS)
11. File reports necessary for tax purpose (FM)
