Human Resources Officer

The British International School is seeking to recruit a qualified Indonesian professional to the position of Human Resources Officer to assist the Human Resources Manager in all aspects of Human Resource Management including recruitment and expatriate formalities, training and development of staff, employee services, payroll and benefits, and legal compliance. The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and attributes:

• A relevant Degree in Human Resources or related subject
• A minimum of 5 year experience in related HR field.
• Familiarity with Indonesian Labour Law.
• Experience with expatriate formalities.
• A confident communicator and articulate in the English language.
• An ability to work as part of collaborative team,
