FOOTWEAR TECHNICAL LEAD – Converse
He/she is assigned key responsibility for driving commercialization process to ensure the products (Converse vulcanized shoes) are manufacturable, process effective and meet the performance and quality expectation of consumer. He/she will be the technical leader within the country to drive functional excellence and implementation of engineering projects. This position will report to Technical Manager, Converse Footwear Technical Service China.
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master Degree from an accredited University, Engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the footwear industry, in a technical engineering role
• Broad knowledge of various types of footwear ad constructions is preferred
• Excellent English and computer literacy are essential
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
