GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Male / Female max. 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Architecture from reputable University
• Min 10 years of relevant experience in property construction and Developer Company for high rise & commercial building. Experienced in reclamation' project is an advantaged
• Good English communication skills in liaise with foreign consultants & contractors
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple projects
• Able to work under tight timelines & withstand pressure
