1. LEGAL COUNSEL (CODE: LGL)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law
• Required Skills advocate license, BAR Certification, will be preferred
• At least 4 years of working experience in related fields s required for this position

2. INTERNAL AUDIT (CODE: IA)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Required Skills: Strong Analytical Skill
• At least 2 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position

3. CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER (CODE: CM)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, or equivalent
• Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skill, good understanding of business process management concept, Project Management by referring to the PMBOK, Good understanding of Business Standardization and ISO concept, good in using communication media and application (e.g. Photoshop, Corel Draw) with good graphic design and art.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position

4. CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (CODE: CC)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering
• Age between 30 - 40 years old with min 5 experiences as Construction Coordinator/Construction Manager, experience in the mining project business will be preferred
• Understanding in planning, monitoring and coordinating a construction project, ensuring the project adheres to regulation and delivered within scope of work, time, and budget
• Have strong leadership, people management, analytical and problem solving skill: conversant with Project Manager Tools and techniques

5. PROJECT MANAGER (CODE: PM)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical or Material Handling is preferred)
• Age min 35 years old with min 5 years experiences in management position (big project over than $50 million), experience in the mining project business will be preferred
• Understanding and experience to lead project organization, to develop and lead the implementation of project management plan, provide accurately and timely reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Have strong leadership, presentation, communication, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skill conversant with project
• Management tools and techniques
• Project Management Professional skills, codification a plus

6. ENGINEERING SUPPORT, DRAFTER (CODE: ESD)
• Min Diploma degree in Engineering (Electrical is preferred)
• Have min 4 years experiences in a project environment, focusing in electrical and instrument drafter
• Have knowledge and experience in developing engineering drawings related electrical equipment Installation
• Proficient with ACAD 2008 and familiar to 3D drawings

7. PROJECT SITE & CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION (CODE: PCA)
• Min Diploma degree in Business Administration or any other disciplines with min 3 years experiences as Project Administrator, experience in mining industry environment would be advantage
• Have knowledge and experience to provide general administration support such as manage the project office document control and petty cash
• Familiar with MS Office

8. PROJECT PROCUREMENT (CODE: PP)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree. Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or any other disciplines with min 5 years, experiences in project procurement area
• Understanding and experience to manage PR, PO, contract administration, insurance and custom clearance for imported goods; develop supply agreement, good in INTERCOM and related law Indonesia knowledge
• Experience in business process of project procurement

9. ENGINEERING HEAD (CODE: EH)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Civil/Structure Engineer is preferred)
• Have min 15 years experiences in a project environment management, proven record in construction or engineering (big project over than $100 million) experience in the mining project business will be distinct advantage
• Understanding and experiences to conduct to conceptual design and drawing for various project, covered materials handling equipment and construction project, ensuring the project delivered within the targeted cost, time and quality parameters.
• Conversant with engineering design software. SAP 2000, Helix, the international standardization, Australian standard and National Standardization

10. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (CODE: EE)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Electrical Engineering with min 5 years working experiences which related with electrical design and construction discipline
• Prove electrical engineering calculation design, analysis and evaluation
• Develop and prepare technical specifications and of work document: administration and supervision electrical equipment
• Proficient the use of protect management toots and familiar with ACAD 2008

11. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (CODE: ME)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Mechanical Engineering with min 5 years working experiences in mechanical disciplines
• Provide Mechanical engineering calculations design, analysis and evaluations
• Develop and prepare technical specifications and scope of work documents; administration and supervision mechanic equipment
• Proficient in the use of mechanical design software and project management tools

12. PROJECT SCHEDULER / PLANNING ENGINEER (CODE: PS/PE)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or Civil/Structure Engineer is preferred) with min 5 years Working Experiences project environment, focusing on Project scheduling
• Have knowledge and experiences in preparing, executing, updating, analyze and evaluations the schedule of all projects us appropriate tools and software
• Ensure the planned schedule is accurate and match with the project Master Schedule and completed within the targeted cost, time and quality parameters
• Proficient in the use of project management tools

13. MINING ENGINEER, SUPERINTENDENT (CODE: MES)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Mining Engineering with have min 5 years experiences in Mining Engineering
• Provide long term mine schedule, conduct long term mine planning study
• Carry out the coal reserve from optimization pit

14. MINING ENGINEERING, SUPERVISOR (CODE: MES)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor 5 Degree, Mining Engineering with 1-3 year experience in mining engineering
• Develop 5 years rolling mine plan (pit design, pump design, production plan, and equipment management. water management)
• Proficient with Mining Program such as minescape & MINEX: AutoCAD Program

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good communication in both written and spoken English
2. Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skill
3. Computer literate (MS Office)
4. Position No. 1- 3 will be located in Jakarta
5. Position No. 4-14 will be located in East Kalimantan (Baikpapan and mine site)
6. Willing to work On Contract Base for position No 4-14
